Grandia Manga

I was just looking around for anything I could find on my favorite video game and discovered that there are 2 volumes of manga for it. Wha??

I don't know many people who've even heard of Grandia on this side of the world. I got it when I was 12 and it remains my favorite video game to this day. I'm thankful that I never had to deal with a hyper fanbase, like those of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. On the other hand, I do remember a spinoff Gameboy game that never got translated and brought over to the U.S. Maybe it sucked, but I never got the chance to see for myself. =(

I don't really like extra material added to stories. Forget the Final Fantasy series in general, Square could make bank making Final Fantasy 7 games only. Ridiculous.

The Grandia manga look like they're only supplemental silly crap and maybe a rehash of the original story, and I'm fine with that. A fan translator put up a couple of images that he'd done. I'm not sure what to think. Justin and Lilly are cute, but that new character with his Puffy lookalike already irks me.  I hope the rest is better. 

Please be cute and funny, Grandia manga. If you ever get translated that is. =(
